Morgan Manor Subdivision was established in 2017 when the developer turned the property over to the Homeowner's Association. The property consists of thirty two (32) Cluster Lots numbered 1 through 32 and three (3) agricultural tracts.

These By-Laws for Morgan Manor Subdivision Homeowners' Association, Inc. (hereafter called the "Association"), a Kentucky nonstock, nonprofit corporation, which is composed of every Owner in the Morgan Manor Subdivision as created by the Charles F. Gibson and Lucille M. Gibson Revocable Living Trust dated December 2, 1997. These By-Laws are subject to in the Amended and Restated Covenants and Restrictions for Morgan Manor Subdivision, of record in MC Book 45, Page 802, in the Scott County Clerk's office ("Covenants").
